Center for High-Energy Physics (Director: Professor T. D. Lee), Peking University, will host a Working Month on Frontiers of Physics from June 01 to June 23, 2017. The purpose of the working month is to provide an environment for discussions and collaborations among Chinese physicists working abroad and in China.
The participants will include senior researchers and postdoctoral research fellows in the areas of particle physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics and cosmology. The topics of discussions and collaborations will include, but not limited to, collider physics, quantum chromodynamics, Higgs and electroweak physics, physics beyond the standard model, dark matter, dark energy, and cosmology. We plan to have 25–30 active researchers to participate in the working month and the participation is by invitation only. The participants are expected to stay for at least two weeks for experimentalists and three weeks for theorists.
June 01 — June 04, Peking University
June 05 — June 07, Northeastern University
June 08 — June 13, Shanghai Jiaotong University
