SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

The Conference will consist of plenary sessions, parallel sessions and poster sessions. In the plenary and parallel sessions there will be 30~45 invited talks. Selected oral contributions will be presented in parallel sessions. The rest of the contributions will be presented and discussed in poster sessions. Invited talks at plenary session will be organized through the IAC and invited talks and oral presentations at parallel sessions will be selected from the submitted abstracts. A preliminary schedule of the Conference is shown below.

Information for Presenters

Laptops, laptop projectors, and overhead projectors will be provided for all lectures. Using the conference laptop is the preferred method for most talks. Please transfer your talk to the conference laptop before the beginning of your session. Acceptable formats are pdf and PowerPoint. We recommend embedding fonts and graphics into your presentation; otherwise your presentation may not look as expected. Keep in mind that you might have installed extra fonts that are not available on the conference laptop. If you have a lot of special fonts or make use of fancy stuff such as animations or movies of various kinds, it is probably best if you use your own laptop.

POSTER SESSION Poster Program

There will be one poster session on Monday afternoon 15:30-18:00 till Wednesday afternoon. Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the session to which their poster has been assigned. The poster boards are 120 cm wide and 90cm high (Roughly A0-size paper in landscape orientation). Pins will be provided. Posters can be displayed for the entire duration of the conference."

CONFERENCE LANGUAGE

The conferences language is English. All presentations including discussions and submitted materials must be in English.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Electronic projectors with computers capable of reading CDs and memory devices will be available (Power Point or Acrobat recommended). Besides, wireless access is available at the lecture rooms. If you have special requirements, please inform us in the Registration Form.
